Personal data at AI Horizon Sp.z o.o are processed in accordance with the GDPR and in accordance with Polish regulations that have been issued in connection with the aforementioned regulation, including the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data. The company cares about the confidentiality of the personal data processed by AI Horizon Sp. z o.o, has implemented appropriate safeguards required by the above-mentioned provisions of legal acts, including appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data.
Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis for processing AI Horizon Sp.z o.o processes personal data when:
a. the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject (Client) is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject (Client) prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); b. processing of personal data is necessary for the handling of messages addressed to AI Horizon Sp.z o.o using the contact form and for AI Horizon Sp.z o.o to respond to them (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); c. processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR); d. the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by AI Horizon Sp.z o.o (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which AI Horizon Sp.z o.o. considers in particular: IT security related to www.aihorizon.com.pl, provision of services, for statistical and contact purposes; e. the processing is necessary for the establishment, investigation or defense of claims or in the exercise of justice by the courts (Article 9(2)(f) GDPR);
f. processing is necessary for the recruitment of persons interested in working with AI Horizon Sp.z o.o or taking up employment with AI Horizon Sp.z o.o (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
The basis for processing your personal data is that you voluntarily provide your personal data. However, your refusal to provide your data or your request for deletion may result in AI Horizon Sp.z o.o being prevented, for example, from contacting you. In contractual relationships, your provision of your personal data is a requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
Rights related to the processing of personal data
You are entitled to:
a. Access to the content of your personal data,
b. rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data,
c. portability of your personal data,
d. to object to the processing of your personal data,
e. withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data,
f. file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider,
that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
No profiling
Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and is not subject to profiling.
Storage period
Your personal data will be stored, until the termination of the contract related to the processing of your personal data, for the period necessary to establish, assert or defend against claims or until you raise an objection, and until AI Horizon Sp.z o.o performs its legal obligations under the law.
Recipients of your personal data
Recipients of your personal data may be:
1. persons authorized by AI Horizon Sp.z.o to process your personal data in the performance of their official duties,
2. lawyers cooperating with AI Horizon Sp.zo.o including: legal advisors, attorneys,
3. state authorities, courts or other authorized entities based on applicable laws,
4. suppliers providing services to AI Horizon Sp.z o.o (e.g. IT service providers, entities processing personal data on behalf of AI Horizon Sp.z o.o under the

Transfer of your personal data outside the European Union
Your personal data is processed at the headquarters of AI Horizon Ltd. and is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.

You will be informed of changes to the Privacy Policy via a window that will appear on the AI Horizon Sp.z o.o. website. If you do not accept the AI Horizon Sp.z o.o Privacy Policy or any changes thereto, you should stop using the AI Horizon Sp.z o.o website.
